The Environmental NGOs members of Working Group 3 “Environment, Climate Change and Energy Security” of the Ukrainian National Platform of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum and Working Group 5 “Energy, Transport, Environment and Climate Change” of the Ukrainian side of the EU-Ukraine Civil Society Platform express their assurance of high esteem and gratitude for the actions taken by the European Commission with regard to Ukraine\u2019s relief and reconstruction in particular for setting up a framework for the strategic plan for Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction – \u2018RebuildUkraine\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are deeply grateful to the European Commission for firm anchoring the reconstruction plans to the green and digital transitions as well as fundamental European values. Today we address the European Commission a request to fully include all previous Ukraine\u2019s obligations in terms of transposing and implementing environmental EU acquis into all the reconstruction plans including the \u2018RebuildUkraine\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
