Kateryna Shor — Project Manager at the Information Centre “Green Dossier”, board member of the Public Union “Organic Initiative”, and Council Member of IFOAM Organics Europe representing Ukraine — is currently participating in the European Organic Congress 2025 in Warsaw. The Congress is held under the framework of the EU Presidency of Poland.
Each year, the Congress brings together key players of the organic movement from across Europe to discuss pressing challenges, policy developments, and the future of the organic sector.
On the day before the Congress, the General Assembly of IFOAM Organics Europe also took place.
In addition to the latest insights into the state of the global organic market, this year’s Congress focuses on shaping the strategy for the organic sector towards 2040 — laying the foundation for the future of organic policies in Europe.
